Job Title: Sales and Customer Service Expert
The primary role of this position is to provide exceptional customer service while promoting the company's products and services. The Sales and Customer Service Expert will be responsible for optimising sales and gross profit, as well as delivering a superior standard of customer care.
Key Responsibilities:
* Selling a wide range of products, including Sanitary Ware, Stoves, Doors & Floors
* Maintaining a high standard in our Showrooms
* Merchandising & pricing of our Showrooms
* Developing showroom sales through working with Department Managers to ensure the displays are kept up to date & relevant
* Sourcing and ordering stock to ensure all customers' orders / expectations are fulfilled to high standards
* Assisting customers in making informed purchasing decisions by creating inspiring computer-aided plans/designs for kitchens and wardrobes
* Understanding customers' needs and generating creative ideas and solutions that will fulfill their requirements
* Proactively generating customer leads and enquiries
* Taking personal responsibility for resolving customer issues pre-sales and post-sale in a timely fashion
* Producing accurate quotations
* Achieving defined sales and margin targets
* Creating brand loyalty and maintaining relationships with existing customers
