Bookkeeping and Administrative Support Role
This is a unique opportunity to join an innovative energy consultancy as a bookkeeping and administrative virtual assistant.
* Maintain accurate financial records in an organized Excel-based format, handling fewer than 100 clients per year.
* Manage data entry tasks, including reviewing energy bill data and uploading finalized results to online platforms.
* Collaborate with the client's team to maintain up-to-date data templates supporting client reports.
* Explore opportunities to automate repetitive tasks using AI or other suitable technology tools (optional).
* Perform occasional outreach to clients via phone or email to clarify missing data.
* Participate in weekly check-in calls with the client to ensure alignment; most communication will be via email or WhatsApp.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven bookkeeping experience with a lead responsibility.
* Strong attention to detail and confidence in data entry and handling.
* Comfort with basic energy-related terminology (e.g., kWh, CO2).
* Clear, professional communication skills for client outreach via phone and email.
