Our client a fast-growing, award-winning digital marketing agency is looking for an experienced Paid Social ADto lead a team of paid social specialists. About the Role
You will play a critical role in driving performance across a portfolio of strategic accounts while mentoring a growing team. This position requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on mindset, capable of developing innovative paid media strategies and ensuring operational excellence across all paid social channels.
Key Responsibilities
* Mentor and support Paid Social team members
* Maintain and improve the quality of paid digital campaign output
* Lead quality control efforts to ensure best practices and performance standards are met
* Collaborate with internal departments to create holistic strategies aligned with client KPIs
* Streamline operations through improved processes, technology, and automation and identify new tools and tech
* Ensure effective budget management across all accounts and clients
* Track and enhance team productivity and delivery consistency
Requirements
* 5+ years of hands-on experience in paid media (search and social)
* 2+ years of team management experience
* Commercially minded with experience managing revenue targets
* Meta ads certified
* Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach
* Exceptional communication and leadership skills
* Passion for digital marketing and staying ahead
Location
* Full-time, permanent role
* Hybrid but flexibility available
Competitive Salary from 65K DOE
