Job Title: Cash and Payroll Administrator
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Cash and Payroll Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our payroll section, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of cash reconciliation and payroll processes.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Process cash reconciliation in a timely and accurate manner
* Prepare periodic cash reports for management review
* Liaise with supervisory staff to identify and resolve discrepancies
* Assist Senior Payroll Staff in preparing and processing payroll
* Maintain confidentiality of employee pay and personnel information
* Support data integrity by ensuring completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of payroll and cash reconciliation information
* Provide exceptional service to employees on payroll-related inquiries
* Contribute to various ad hoc projects, including communications and follow-up with employees
Requirements:
* Excellent proficiency in Excel
* Knowledge of MS Office
* Studying towards professional qualification in payroll or accounting desirable but not essential
* 1-2 years of experience working in a busy fast-paced environment office role (administration, payroll, finance)
