About the Role:
We're seeking experienced professionals to manage and develop client relationships, onboard new pension schemes, and deliver exceptional service to corporate clients.
Main Responsibilities:
* Onboard new group pension schemes.
* Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients.
* Conduct investment reviews and promote member engagement.
* Cross-sell related products and services, generating repeat business and referrals.
* Coordinate projects related to scheme transitions and implementation.
* Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, etc.) to ensure high-quality service.
Requirements:
* Minimum 6 years' experience in employee benefits management.
* Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and presentation skills.
* Proactive approach to client engagement and relationship management.
* Experience working with industry bodies is advantageous.
* Third-level qualification in Business, Investments, or Pensions.
