Overview
Applegreen is a leading convenience roadside retailer established in 1992, operating in the Republic of Ireland, the UK and the US with motorway service areas, travel plazas and petrol stations. The role supports the Commercial team and reports to the Head of Digital. You will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering the customer experience strategy and ensuring customers receive exceptional care.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional customer care across multiple channels including Google reviews, email, social, phone, chat and surveys, using multiple tools and platforms.
* Contribute to establishing clear success metrics to track customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
* Support the Digital & Partnerships team in the implementation and onboarding of new customer support technology.
* Establish best practices and create procedures and processes to support a customer-obsessed culture.
* Support the selection and implementation of a new customer relationship management platform.
* Contribute to the overall digital strategy from concept through to implementation and ongoing continuous improvement.
* Analyse customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement across the Applegreen experience.
* Develop insights reports and recommendations to elevate the customer experience across all touchpoints.
Qualifications, experience & skills
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-focused environment with a proven track record of exceeding expectations in customer care.
* Fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Self-starter with exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to engage and develop relationships at all levels of the organisation.
* MS Office knowledge essential.
