About the Role
Fivetran is building data pipelines to power the modern data stack for thousands of companies. We're seeking a skilled professional to join our Professional Services team as a Customer Onboarding Manager.
This pivotal role plays a critical part in ensuring customer success, focusing on guiding customers through structured onboarding programs to facilitate seamless implementation of Fivetran.
You will work alongside Solution Architects and Account Teams, responsible for managing interactions with Product and Engineering teams, Support Engineers, and Escalation Managers. Additionally, you'll contribute to cross-functional initiatives that enhance the Fivetran stakeholder experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage customer engagements effectively
• Develop implementation plans using shared onboarding management tooling
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders for successful onboarding processes
• Create project documentation (MAPs and onboarding project plans) for clear roadmaps.
