About the Culinary Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Chef de Partie to fill a key position in our Meath kitchen.
Key Responsibilities:
* Preparation & Cooking Management: Manage a section of the kitchen, ensuring high standards of food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
* Menu Delivery Execution: Collaborate with senior chefs to deliver the daily menu, maintaining consistency and quality throughout each service.
* Team Supervision and Development: Assist in training and developing junior kitchen staff while ensuring smooth service in your section.
* Cleanliness and Safety Assurance: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen while adhering to strict health and safety standards.
* Inventory Control and Stock Management: Help manage stock, including ordering, rotating, and minimizing waste.
* Effective Collaboration: Work effectively with the kitchen team to ensure the kitchen operates efficiently during busy service periods.
