Who Will You Work With:
Our client is a renowned pharmaceutical company focused on manufacturing excellence and operational innovation. You will be working onsite at their cutting-edge Dunboyne facility, supporting and maintaining Lab and Information Systems to ensure compliance, performance, and continuity of critical business operations.
About the Role:
As a CSV Analyst (Lab and Information Systems), you will be responsible for supporting and maintaining validated laboratory systems, managing system migrations, and ensuring GxP compliance. You will also coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and system integrators to implement and maintain lab systems in a regulated environment.
This is a -month onsite contract role based in Dunboyne, Ireland, with a strong possibility of extension. The position requires days per week onsite presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Support and troubleshoot production Lab systems and manage system migrations.
Define and maintain project scope, schedules, and deliverables aligned with stakeholders.
Track and monitor project performance, budgets, risks, and timelines.
Ensure compliance with GxP and SDLC standards.
Engage with third-party vendors and solution providers for seamless integration.
Coordinate internal and external resources for smooth project execution.
Deliver project status updates and reports to stakeholders.
Contribute to solution architecture discussions with platform teams to align with business needs.
Required Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
+ years of experience supporting Lab systems, with at least years hands-on in production environments.
Experience in pharmaceutical or other GxP-regulated industries.
Proven experience in Lab systems management and migration.
Solid understanding of SDLC and GxP implementation practices.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and vendor management skills.
Strong organizational awareness and adaptability to evolving technology.
Preferred Skills:
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
Familiarity with project management principles and matrix environments.
Experience in managing complex IT projects with cross-functional teams.
