Dispatch Officer Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Dispatch Officer to fill a key position in our operations. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for the management of dispatch, processing customer orders, and coordinating timely deliveries.
Key Responsibilities:
* Effective management of the dispatch process
* Processing of customer orders, coordination of on-time deliveries, and arrangement of transportation
* Providing expert advice on products and liaising with sales/accounts staff
* Maintenance of environmental and safety management systems
* Organizing internal audits
* Testing and sampling of products in the laboratory
* Coordination with subcontractors regarding health & safety documentation
Requirements:
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in a construction or engineering background
* Strong IT skills with proficiency in various systems
* Excellent geographic knowledge of County Kerry and West Limerick
* Ability to multitask effectively
