Salary - €30,000 to €34,000 DOE plus commission

Position Overview:
As a Renewals Advisor for Personal Lines Insurance, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our exceptional customer retention rates. You will focus on renewing upcoming Car and Home insurance policies, working collaboratively within a close-knit team.
1. Retention Expertise: Concentrating on retaining existing business by managing renewal retention strategies.
2. Client Advisory: Providing expert advice to clients on motor, home, and commercial insurance products.
3. Team Collaboration: Collaborating effectively within a team to achieve individual and collective targets.
4. Target Achievement: Striving to meet and exceed individual and team performance targets.
5. Ethical Interaction: Interacting professionally and ethically with colleagues, clients, and insurance providers.
6. Revenue Growth: Contributing to the growth of the company by focusing on revenue generation.
To qualify for the position, you will need:
1. APA or CIP qualified
2. Experience in Personal Lines or experience in other areas of Insurance will be considered.
3. You have a calm and friendly phone manner with a target-driven approach
4. Organized, well-oriented, and a great team player!
What does the company offer?
1. Competitive salary with excellent potential bonus. €38 - 44,000 OTE (higher for NB) depending on experience plus annual company bonus
