Role:
To ensure the efficient daily operation of the WBC Civils Sales Office, through professional interactions with customers in person/ by phone/ email. Role responsibilities include completing Sales activities such as, completing quotes, orders, and invoices, whilst providing exceptional customer service.
Duties:
* First point of contact with trade customers.
* Build positive, friendly relationships with all customers cash sales/ team ledger.
* To foster and practice the Company principle of excellent customer service at all times in relation to all customers.
* Constant communication with Manager regarding customer accounts, highlighting product range, price variations, anecdotal information etc., so that a proactive approach can be utilised in fostering future sales and best customer relationship management.
* Liaise with and support external Sales Reps, by providing timely and accurate information.
* Maintain lines of communication with Logistics officer to ensure service matches customer expectations.
* Provide information to customers relating to products, orders, deliveries, invoices.
* Accurate and timely pricing of invoices to ensure prompt deliver to customer.
* To participate fully in all training and personal development initiatives as required by the Company.
