We're looking for an Office Administrator in Blessington. This position will ensure the smooth operation of the office - overseeing reception, distributing & collecting paperwork, organising recruitment & some HR dutiesKey Responsibilities:Managing reception, printing, distributing and collecting departmental paperwork daily. Managing and coordinating occasional eventsScreening candidates for roles, organising and closing out interview processEnsuring all files kept up to date, assisting with rostering and other HR tasksCapturing & maintaining data for the new ERP systemExperience & Skills:At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar positionExceptional organisational and time management skillsExcellent interpersonal and communication abilities.Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
