Job Title: Policy Support Specialist
About the Role:
This position will be in the Customer Service team within the Operations function. The role will focus on supporting and servicing customers by phone, email and post. Providing prompt & accurate support to new and existing customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services where opportunity arises.
The successful candidate will have strong working knowledge of MS Office Applications and possess excellent written and oral communication skills supported by a friendly and outgoing disposition. Methodical, accurate and strong attention to detail are essential for this role.
