Clerical Officer Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Clerical Officer to provide administrative support on a temporary full-time basis.
Key Responsibilities
* Assisting the Senior Executive Officer in all administrative needs, including document preparation and data entry.
* Preparing HR forms and verifying invoices for timely payment.
* General Administration duties, including filing, data input, and photocopying.
* Minute taking and handling queries by phone, email, and post.
* Attending committee meetings and arranging tender viewings as required.
* Processing claim forms and issuing Primary Medical Certificates.
* Scheduling clinics and maintaining up-to-date client records.
Requirements and Qualifications
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
* Previous experience within a public sector body is preferred.
* Strong typing skills and excellent communication, organizational, and presentational skills are essential.
* Attention to detail, prioritization, and deadline orientation are critical.
