Hybrid - Corporate Finance Associate – Real Estate and Lending
The Employer is diversified environmental / green energy / logistics group with substantial interests in property management and financing also.
These interests are spread across three principal divisions;
1. Real Estate – The company owns an extensive portfolio of residential, commercial and industrial units.
Real Estate – Responsibilities
* Liaise with letting agents and property managers
* Prepare review / recommendation for property acquisition opportunities
* Responsible for ongoing banking and legal relationships
* Monthly reporting to Senior Management and Directors
Property Development
The company is actively involved in developing various land-banks, building out multiple residential units on each site
Property Development – Responsibilities
* Assessing potential opportunities
* Coordinating planning applications
* Liaise with Site / Project Managers
* Banking and Legal
* Weekly / Monthly reporting
Lending / Financing
Provide private / mezzanine financing for commercial and property development
Lending / Financing – Responsibilities
* Oversee and monitor individual loans on loan-book
* Assess new opportunities
* Execute transactions – including legal/documentation/banking
* Reporting to Senior Mgt / Directors
Requirements
The successful applicant will be a qualified accountant, with experience in corporate finance, transactions services or banking, and will have proven commercial acumen in addition to excellent communication and negotiating skills.
Experience in property development or real estate portfolio management would be an advantage
Note this role is based in Limerick / Kerry but with the option to work remotely 4 days per week
