On behalf of our client, a leading healthcare company, we are currently recruiting for a Renal Clinical Sales Specialist role.
This is a field-based position covering a nationwide territory.
The role involves a 35-hour work week.
Role & Responsibilities: Educate and support customers in the correct use of company renal products, ensuring customer satisfaction and sales growth. Develop and nurture relationships with customers to optimize sales potential. Liaise with physicians, technicians, nursing personnel, and educators in Irish hospitals. Provide quality, patient-focused service in collaboration with team members. Service assigned accounts, introduce new products, and develop new opportunities. Identify and evaluate business development opportunities. Prepare and deliver training and education programs on company renal products. Participate in completing tenders and ensure timely delivery. Travel throughout Ireland, including weekends and nationwide, to meet customers and attend conferences or training events. Generate sales to meet profitability and margin targets. Stay informed about developments within the territory and monitor competitor activity. Maintain accurate customer and territory records using CRM and other reporting tools. Maximize the sale and use of company products through high product knowledge and professional selling skills. Uphold the company's reputation at all times. Collaborate with cross-functional teams as needed. Undertake special projects as directed by management. Act professionally to promote a positive company image. Perform other duties as reasonably required. Skills & Experience Requirements: Degree qualification in Nursing with Renal Nursing experience. Proven sales track record. Experience in hospital or community care sales. Experience in renal therapies sales is advantageous. Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills. Strong administrative, time management, and IT skills. Full clean driving license. Eligibility to work in Ireland.
