The Business Analyst plays a crucial role in supporting client relationships and developing innovative insights for change agendas. They contribute proposals, client presentations, ERP/CRM implementations (Oracle, MS Dynamics, SAP), process design modelling creating value for stakeholders & improving operations for Financial Services leaders operating in multiple markets worldwide. They work closely with Development Testing Teams delivering quality solutions meeting end-user needs while using Agile Waterfall methodologies as required.”,
