Job Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to lead our team in driving business transformation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in advisory engagements, cost benefit analysis, and business process modeling.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at various levels of complexity. They will be accountable for analyzing outputs, preparing and leading workshops, documenting requirements, and managing quality assurance.
We are looking for a collaborative individual who can demonstrate thought leadership on best practices and BA team structure. The candidate should have experience working with industry-standard frameworks and tools, as well as regulatory projects such as CPC, DMD, CCD, CCR, and EAA.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead advisory engagement constructing business model, cost benefit analysis, and business process modeling
* Engage business users to capture and document business process models using industry standard frameworks and tools
* Translate business requirements into actionable change for fast delivery of technology
* Ensure rigour in the process by challenging and validating the business needs to improve the quality of the deliverables
* Experience in regulatory projects on the CPC, DMD, CCD, CCR, and EAA regulations
