Location: Louth, Meath, Dublin, Kildare (flexible based on service users' needs)
Hours: 40 hours per week (including some evenings/weekends, flexible scheduling)

What You'll Do:
* Empower individualsas a keyworker, helping them identify and achieve personal goals in employment, education, and social inclusion.
* Facilitate community engagementby supporting people to build friendships, access activities, and develop natural support networks.
* Innovate & problem-solveby exploring assistive technology and creative solutions to enhance independence.
* Collaborate with families & local servicesto create sustainable, person-cantered support plans.
* Lead by examplein promoting dignity, choice, and active citizenship for the people we support.
Who We're Looking For:

* Qualification:Degree in Social Care or related field (or equivalent experience).
* Experience:2+ years in disability/social care (open to relevant transferable skills).
* Driver's License:Full clean license (required for community-based support).
Nice-to-Have (But Not Essential):
* Experience withautism, intellectual disability, or acquired brain injury.
* Training inLow Arousal Approaches, Positive Behaviour Support, or Person-Cantered Planning.
* Passion forcommunity development, advocacy, or assistive technology.
