Financial Controller
We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to lead our financial operations during a period of significant growth and expansion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing and be able to implement systems to track and value inventory, manage bills of materials (BOMs), and monitor direct labour costs accurately.
* Establishing and maintaining financial policies, controls, and accounting procedures
* Implementing systems for accurate tracking of inventory, BOMs, and direct labour costs
* Oversight of day-to-day accounting activities including reporting, budgeting, forecasting,
1. Analyzing manufacturing variances to support cost-optimization initiatives
2. Developing reporting dashboards within the ERP environment
This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams including IT, operations & manufacturing departments ensuring smooth integration with various software platforms.
