We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to join our team. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day management of our hotel operations.

* Deputise for the General Manager in their absence and implement policies and procedures.
* Promote excellent guest experiences by anticipating needs and exceeding expectations.
* Maintain strict adherence to Health & Safety, GDPR, hygiene, cleanliness, company policies.

Experience in hospitality management within a hotel environment.
