Engineering Supervisor (Security Systems)
Dublin South
Your role will involve supervising a team of established Service Engineers, as they carry out routine maintenance on CCTV systems, intruder alarm systems & access control systems. You will provide your own expertise and support the day-to-day management.
It is expected that you will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience working as a Security Systems Engineer along with the drive and determination to supervise a team. You should have strong technical working experience in an IP Network environment with knowledge of software integration.
Typically, your role will involve:
* Supervision of the Service Security Engineering Team
* Support the team on any technical queries and provide solutions.
* Work with the Service desk team to control workloads, hours and number of jobs completed within agreed limits
* Work across stakeholders from Clients, Sales, Service desk and Engineering Team
* Keep all associated paperwork up to date, training certs, RAMS, Safe Pass, as well as reports for senior management weekly.
