Administrative Manager Role
This role involves managing and coordinating administrative functions to support the organization's goals.
* Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement administrative strategies.
* Manage and maintain organizational files, records, and documentation.
* Provide administrative support for governance and compliance activities.
* Develop and implement systems for recording and tracking correspondence and meetings.
* Liaise with external organizations to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Lead and manage maintenance plans for facilities and equipment.
Key Skills:
* Proven experience as an Administration/Compliance manager or similar role (3-5 years)
* In-depth understanding of office management procedures and policies
* Familiarity with facilities management principles
* Proficient in MS Office, Excel and other applications
* Knowledge of compliance requirements and regulations
* Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
* Able to work on own initiative
* A team player with leadership skills
* Excellent report writing and communication skills
