Key Requirements: Previous experience in housekeeping or accommodation services, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Knowledge of health and safety regulations Main Duties: Supervise housekeeping staff, ensuring high-quality cleaning and presentation of all rooms and facilities Conduct regular room inspections and ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards Assist with training new staff Liaise with the front office and maintenance teams to coordinate guest needs and resolve issues Monitor stock levels of cleaning supplies and linen, placing orders as necessary Handle guest complaints or requests in a professional and timely manner Ensure health, safety, and sanitation policies are always followed Why work with us: At Killashee Hotel we believe that exceptional guest experiences start with an exceptional team.
