Job Overview
As a Strategic Project Coordinator, you will play a vital role in developing, coordinating, integrating, and managing complex project schedules across various initiatives.
* Oversee large-scale process projects with budgets exceeding 100 million dollars
* Direct the Planning project team and mentor new hires & graduates
* Deliver across project design phases as well as construction & commissioning
* Establish project objectives aligned with client goals and ensure timely achievement
Key Responsibilities
• Execute projects via an established Quality Management framework
• Responsible for the development and management of project schedules and project controls tools
• Identify key project milestones, monitor, and report on their status
• Chair / Host Interactive Project Workshops to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing
• Liaise with the project management team to provide regular schedule performance updates
Required Skills and Qualifications
• Proven experience in overseeing large-scale process projects with budgets exceeding 100 million dollars
• Demonstrated ability to direct the Planning project team and mentor new hires & graduates
• Successful delivery across project design phases as well as construction & commissioning
