The ideal candidate should have a strong background in project management, Salesforce platform understanding and experience, and possess excellent communication skills.Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end MCI projects, including requirements gathering, project planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and resource requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals.Develop and maintain project timelines, milestones, and budgets, proactively identifying and addressing potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth coordination and communication throughout the project lifecycle.Lead project meetings and effectively communicate project progress, updates, and risks to key stakeholders and management.Drive the creation and documentation of project requirements, including business and functional requirements, data requirements, and technical specifications.Conduct regular project status updates, providing detailed reports on project metrics, analytics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track project success.Manage the implementation and rollout of web analytics solutions, working closely with IT Platform team to ensure optimal system performance and integration.Ensure adherence to project management best practices, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.Stay updated with emerging trends and tools in analytics and project management, recommending and implementing process improvements to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.Essential Requirements: Minimum of 7 – 10 years of business experience in analytics, consulting and/or enterprise software experience is required, including demonstrated ability of stakeholder managementMinimum of 5+ years' experience in Salesforce with strong focus Enterprise program management of implementationGood understanding of Salesforce platforms and tools including good understanding of data and analytics domainProficient in project management methodologies such as Scrum, Agile, or SAFE implementation while using any industry specific project management toolsExcellent written and verbal skills. Strong interpersonal and analytical skillsAbility to provide efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present informationDemonstrated knowledge of the Data Engineering & Business Intelligence ecosystemSalesforce MCI certification.
