We provide many ways to develop and grow your potential, in a superb working environment.Role Overview:The Manufacturing Evening Shift Manager will oversee production activities during the evening shift, ensuring operational efficiency, adherence to quality standards, and compliance with health and safety regulations. This role is critical to maintaining smooth operations and meeting production targets within a dynamic manufacturing environmentKey Duties/Responsibilities:Team Leadership:Supervise and motivate the evening shift team to achieve production goals.Conduct shift handovers and ensure clear communication across shifts.Production Management:Monitor workflow and allocate resources effectively.Ensure adherence to production schedules and resolve any issues promptly.Ensure outputs and preparation of work for day shift.Apply technical knowledge to train / enhance operator and team performance.Quality & Compliance:Maintain strict compliance with GMP and company quality standards.Conduct in-process checks and ensure documentation accuracy.Health & Safety:Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular audits.Address hazards and implement corrective actions where necessary.Be responsible for site security during the evening shiftContinuous Improvement:Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce waste.Support lean manufacturing initiatives and process optimization.Technical Skills & Competencies:E-Max / ERP System Proficiency – Manage production orders, job closures, and purchase orders accurately.Tooling and Assembly Knowledge – Understand Prodieco's tooling portfolio and methods of manufacture.NCR (Non-Conformance Reporting) System – Handle NCR actions and link issues to NCR systems for quality control. Implement robust closeouts to any issues.Quality Standards & GMP Compliance – Ensure adherence to strict manufacturing and documentation standards.Lean Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement – Drive efficiency, reduce waste, and support OTD/RFT targets.Manufacturing Expertise – Oversee milling, turning, grinding, wiring, prep operations during the evening shift.Problem-Solving & Root Cause Analysis – Quickly resolve technical issues and implement corrective actions.Health & Safety Compliance – Enforce safety protocols and conduct audits per company standards.
