Shift: 2pm to 10pm, Monday to Friday
Location: Aerodrome Business Park, Rathcoole
Contract: 12 months fixed term

About the Role
As a Document Scanning Specialist at Iron Mountain, you will be at the forefront of transforming physical records into secure, accessible digital assets. Your role involves meticulous preparation and scanning of documents to ensure high‑quality digital images are produced.
What You’ll Do

Lead high‑volume document scanning operations using specialist equipment to convert physical records into high‑quality digital assets that meet project specifications.
Collaborate with the Digital Solutions team to index and categorise documents accurately, ensuring all scanned images are clear, complete, and readily accessible.
Ensure compliance with security standards by performing thorough quality checks and maintaining confidential handling procedures for all sensitive documentation.

What You’ll Bring

Considerable on‑the‑job experience in document scanning, imaging, or a high‑volume production environment.
Strong knowledge of scanning equipment and related imaging software to effectively process and verify large quantities of documents.
Proven ability in meticulous data entry and quality control, with a sharp eye for detail and accuracy.
A professional commitment to information security, demonstrating the ability to follow detailed procedures in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven setting.
