Commis Chef – Anantara The Marker Dublin Hotel
This is a superb opportunity to join the hotel team of Anantara The Marker Dublin Hotel Kitchen Department.
General Responsibilities
* Ensure the hotel achieves the Leading Hotels of the World Quality Assurance targets and that the highest standards of luxury and quality are delivered consistently to our guests.
* Comply with the Health & Safety regulations of the hotel.
* Have strong product knowledge of all areas of the hotel.
Specific Duties
* Prepare ingredients for Head & Sous chefs.
* Maintain high standards of hygiene.
* Take directions from both Head and Sous chef.

* Ability to multitask and prioritise.
* Ability to work in a busy kitchen.
* Good knowledge of HACCP.
