We have a requirement for a client facing Project Manager to work with clients on Hybrid Cloud and/or Digital service/Software projects. With offices in Dublin, Limerick and Belfast we are open on your home location.
Key Role Responsibilities
* Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client requirements.
* Define project scope, objectives, and governance structure; develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
* Oversee project execution, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule and meet quality standards.
* Manage project budgets, track costs, and ensure delivery within agreed financial parameters.
* Conduct risk and issue management, implementing mitigation strategies and maintaining project health.
* Facilitate effective communication across stakeholders, including regular status reporting and stakeholder management.
* Manage third-party suppliers, vendors, and internal team members in a matrix environment.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards.
* Conduct post-implementation reviews and formalise acceptance of project deliverables.
* Support change management efforts to facilitate the successful adoption of digital solutions.

Education, Qualifications and Skills
* Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
* At least 3-7 years' experience in project management, ideally within IT, digital transformation, or regulated industries.
* Strong background in delivering complex IT system projects, including cloud migrations, infrastructure upgrades, or digital workplace initiatives.
* Demonstrable experience with both Agile and Waterfall (PMI PMBOK, PRINCE2, SCRUM, SAFe) methodologies.
* Excellent analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
* Strong communication, facilitation, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritise effectively, and coordinate cross-functional teams.
* Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, SharePoint, PowerBI) and documentation best practices.
* Fluency in English; additional languages (such as German) are advantageous.
* Ability to work with third parties and offshore development teams.
