Job Description
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing and maintaining the highest standards of patient care within our healthcare organization. As a Clinical Facilitator, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting nurses and healthcare assistants in clinical practice.
To thrive in this position, you should possess excellent communication skills, with a keen interest in education and motivation. This includes having the ability to work as part of the Nurse Practice Development team to promote high standards of nursing care, quality improvement projects, research, and policy development.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1. Registered General Division Nursing Board Ireland registration required,A BSc Nursing Degree or equivalent qualification essential.
2. Prior experience (5+ years post-registration) working within an acute General Hospital setting advantageous,
3. Familiarity with Irish Health Service operations desirable
