Job SummaryWe are currently have an opening for a Junior Screen Print & Embroidery Technician in our ever growing business over the Spring/Summer/Autumn Period.About youYou will need to be enthusiastic and able to work as part of a team.It's essential that you're keen to learn to print and have an interest in the productSkills / Qualifications requiredOn the job training will be provided but experience with Printing/Embroidering Textiles will be a distinct advantage. This job will require manual handling, and so the successful candidate will need to be able to demonstrate good coordinationYou will be mainly responsible for:Setting up and operating Screen Print machine & Embroidery MachinePrinting/Embroidering a wide range of clothing and garments.Ensuring all jobs are completed precisely, on time and to a high standard.Cleaning and maintaining of all equipmentDaily Duties:Reading job sheets and making sure the correct print/embroider is going on the correct garments in the correct placesPrepare screens for upcoming jobsMixing inks to pantone referenced coloursLaying out garments for upcoming jobs in orderly fashionPacking/Labeling garment post print/EmbroiderYou should: Be able to work in a team and on your ownMake sure all garments are printed to our own high standardsWilling to work under pressure and to tight deadlines when neededGood attention to detail and good numeracy skillsPosition will be contract Full Time hours over the Spring/Summer/Autumn Period with a review at end of this period.
