Take ownership of shift management, including delegating tasks, handling guest concerns, and maintaining health and safety standards What You'll Bring: Leadership/Supervisory experience in a customer-facing or hospitality/retail/entertainment/leisure environment A strong communicator with the ability to lead, inspire, develop and engage a team A proactive approach to problem-solving and delivering results A genuine passion for delivering a memorable guest experience Flexibility and awareness of our unique industry – you understand the dynamic nature of cinema, from blockbuster releases to independent films.
You're comfortable working varied shifts, including late finishes, and have a reliable and safe way to travel to and from work.
