Location: Roskeen, Mallow, Co. Cork, Ireland
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented candidate to join our team. The successful applicant will work as part of the EHSQ and Standards team, alongside the EHSQ Coordinator to enhance the delivery of key components of our business in areas of Standards, Lean and Health and Safety.
Duties:
* Conduct regular reviews/audits to ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and standards.
* Record and Address Corrective Actions and Corrective Forms across the Quality, Environmental and Operational areas.
* Participate in internal and external audits:
* ISO 9001 (Quality Management)
* ISO Environmental Management)
* ISO Occupational Health and Safety)
* IECEx Audits
* ABB Certification Audits
* EASA Accreditation Audits
* Maintain and further develop record keeping in compliance with IECEx standards.
* Deliver toolbox talks and awareness sessions in conjunction with EHSQ and Standards team.
* Draft and Implement documentation and procedures / processes as required necessary.
* Record and Maintain details of waste management, water analysis, environmental controls, storage facilities, etc.
* Develop and Implement Lean initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
* Provide day to day support to the EHS function assisting in ensuring high levels of workplace safety.

Key Skills & Qualifications:
Training will be provided, however, experience in the following areas will be beneficial:
* ISO 9001 (Quality Management) and ISO Environmental Management).
* Qualification in LEAN Six Sigma green belt or higher is preferable.
* Experience with certifications, compliance standards, and regulated industry requirements is beneficial but not essential as training will be provided.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills together with strong record keeping abilities is essential.
