The role of Recruiter is pivotal in our success. We are seeking an exceptional individual who can deliver results-oriented recruitment solutions that drive business growth.
* Internal Collaboration – Consult with directors, HR, and managers nationwide to match them with the right candidates after fully screening relevant applicants.
* Candidate Sourcing & Evaluation – Interview and assess candidates to ensure they meet the relevant hiring manager's criteria.
* Candidate Management – Track and support candidates before and after onboarding, including administration, references, and further follow-up as outlined by management.
* Performance Check-Ins – Monitor candidate performance after onboarding to support long-term success.
* Compliance – Verify all workers have necessary qualifications (e.g., Visa's, Safe Pass, Manual Handling, educational requirements).
* National Relationship Building – Establish strong relationships with stakeholders involved in recruitment, such as Project Directors, Contracts Managers, Site Managers, and Project Managers.
* Business Development – Identify and secure new candidates through various platforms, LinkedIn, referrals, etc. Maintaining a database of candidates engaged for interviews by managers.
* KPIs – Work towards placements on a quarterly basis, agreed upon ongoing basis.
* Industry Expertise – Continuously expand knowledge and network within the construction sector.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2-3 years' experience in recruitment with strong knowledge of construction and building services industry required.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken English essential.
* Solid understanding of IT systems and job platforms necessary for creating and managing job postings on various recruitment platforms and company website to attract qualified candidates.
