Our company is seeking a skilled BIM/Revit Technician to support our engineering teams in the production of coordinated BIM models and high-quality technical documentation.
The Role:
1. Develop, coordinate, and maintain Revit MEP models across various building types.
2. Carry out clash detection and assist in multidisciplinary design coordination.
3. Produce detailed drawings, schedules, and layouts to support off-site prefabrication and site delivery.
4. E nsure compliance with project BIM standards, protocols, And QA procedures.
(li.Assist In document control, model updates ,and drawing issue workflows. )The technician will liaise closely with engineers Project managers ArchitectsAnd external consultants on day-to-day activities.
The ideal candidate should have proven experience as aBim/CAD Technician within M&E or Building Services.Strong proficiencyIn Revit (Auto CAD essential Navisworks an advantage).Solid understandingOf mechanical And electrical building services systems.Knowledge Of BIm workflowscCoordination processes.And design Standards.Strong attention To detail With A collaborative & Proactive approach What's On Offer.
