Café en Seine is a landmark restaurant and bar on Dawson Street in the heart of Dublin city. Known for its elegant Parisian-style interior and lively atmosphere, the venue serves high-quality food, specialty coffee, and cocktails from morning through late evening. With a strong focus on customer service, consistency, and teamwork, Café en Seine offers a fast-paced yet professional environment where baristas play a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience. This position will be working Wednesday to Sunday from 11am to 5pm.

The ideal candidate is someone who takes pride in crafting the perfect espresso or cappuccino and providing guests with a memorable café experience. Candidate Requirements
* A genuine passion for coffee and creating high-quality, beverages.
* Proven experience as a Barista in a café or high-end hospitality environment.
* Strong knowledge of coffee preparation, including espresso-based drinks and latte art.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* High standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and health & safety practices.
* Barista training or relevant certifications are a plus but not required.
What Youll Be Doing
* Preparing and serving a wide range of hot and cold beverages, including espresso-based drinks, tea, and specialty coffees.
* Crafting beautiful and consistent latte art and ensuring high-quality drinks are served.
* Providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
* Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the café and work areas.
* Collaborating with other team members to ensure smooth café operations and timely service.
* Managing inventory and ensuring stock levels are maintained.
* Engaging with customers to ensure their satisfaction and handle any inquiries or requests.
