About the Job:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing direct patient care, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and assisting with medical procedures. Key Responsibilities:
* Provide excellent patient care by assessing patients' needs, developing individualized plans of care, and implementing evidence-based interventions.
* Maintain accurate records of patient information, including medical history, treatment plans, and outcomes.
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals from various disciplines to ensure comprehensive patient care.
