Lidl'sAudit department is responsible for ensuring all areas of our business adhere to the correct company procedures.
As a Senior Audit Consultant, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth process & procedural audits throughout Ireland & Northern Ireland.
In addition, you will assist with the day-to-day running of the department.
You will be a self-starter who is adept at successfully coordinating large audit programmes through collaboration with Lidl International, Lidl Ireland Departments, Stores & Regional Distribution Centres.
Responsibilities
Providing independent Departmental, Store & Warehouse operational evaluations
Identifying risks and issues against clearly defined processes & evaluation criteria
Planning and conducting internal audits across IE & NI based on business risks
Coordinating multi-site assessments utilising team member assistance when required
Audit report writing for distribution to Senior Management
Analysing and presenting audit results to senior stakeholders
Follow-up to ensure corrective measures are completed & risks have been addressed
Review, evaluate and risk assess new business processes
Qualifications
Experienced Senior Project Manager / Department Manager / Process Owner with demonstrated procedure or compliance knowledge
Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint or Google equivalents
Proven analytical & interpersonal skills
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Strong time management & organisational skills
German language skills are beneficial
Flexible and willing to travel within Ireland / Northern Ireland
Full driving licence is essential
