The Role
Provide legal executive support to the Property team across a range of matters
Draft and prepare contracts, leases and conveyancing documentation
Manage case files and liaise with clients, solicitors, and external stakeholders
Carry out title and property searches, registrations and related work
Support fee earners with day-to-day case management and administration
The Person
Proven experience working as a
Legal Executive
in property/conveyancing
Strong knowledge of property law processes and documentation
Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational skills
Confident communicator, able to manage client relationships effectively
Ability to prioritise workload and work well under pressure in a busy team
