Great opportunity to join an internationally renowned media group as an Inside Sales Representative, based in their Wexford office. As a key member of the sales team, you’ll play a vital role in generating new business and driving revenue growth across Ireland, while building valuable relationships and advancing your career in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Build a strong sales funnel through inbound follow-ups, outbound cold calling, and targeted emailing, while identifying key decision-makers and understanding client needs.
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients, offering solution-oriented recommendations aligned with their goals and challenges.
3. Route qualified opportunities to appropriate sales executives, deliver compelling online demos, and follow best practices for CRM usage including pipeline management and activity tracking.
4. Consistently meet or exceed sales targets, KPIs, and other performance objectives within your assigned territory.
5. Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive revenue, support broader business goals, and take on additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
Experience/Requirements
1. At least three years’ experience in a high performing inside sales role
2. Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills with an ability to identify new opportunities
3. Proven track record of achieving and consistently surpassing targets
