Deputy Manager Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to take on the role of Deputy Manager. This individual will play a key part in leading a team of social care workers and leaders, providing support and guidance as they work with young people who are preparing to leave care.

* Providing strong leadership and guidance to the team, ensuring that high-quality care is delivered to young people at all times.
* Working closely with the Social Care Manager to develop and implement strategies that meet the needs of the service users.
* Supporting staff development and training, ensuring that the team has the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent care.
To be considered for this role, applicants must have:
Essential Qualifications and Skills:
* A qualification in social care or a relevant field.
* At least 3 years' experience working in a children's residential care setting.
* Strong knowledge of child protection policies and procedures.
* Ability to provide leadership and guidance to a team.
Desirable Skills:
* Fully qualified driver's license (clean driving record).
