Flexsource is seeking an experienced General Operative to join our client's warehouse team in Arklow.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Picking and packing orders as part of daily freight and logistics operations.
2. Handling goods carefully and accurately according to company procedures.
3. Checking, scanning, and completing all related warehouse paperwork.
4. Loading and unloading freight as required.
5. Preparing materials and equipment for production tasks.
6. Operating machinery in line with production targets.
7. Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
8. Ensuring full compliance with health & safety procedures and company regulations.
Required Skills & Experience:
9. Minimum 1 year of experience in a busy warehouse or similar fast-paced environment.
10. Good communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
11. Positive, "can-do" attitude with the ability to work efficiently.
12. Attention to detail and good numerical skills.
13. Forklift licence may be beneficial, depending on the specific role.
