EZ Living Furniture is entering an exciting period of expansion and growth through new stores and brand evolution. We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our Damastown, Dublin-based team.

Responsibilities
* This is a hands-on role.
* Ensure the efficient running of the warehouse, supervising all staff involved in the movement of goods, including training and performance management.
* Oversee stock management and all stock movements within the warehouse.
* Liaise with operations on container bookings, printing barcodes, and container lists.
* Ensure safe and accurate picking of orders and loading of vans/trucks.
* Optimize warehouse floor space for efficient loading and unloading.
* Provide cover for the Warehouse Manager as required.
* Manage store deliveries via in-house drivers and ecommerce/web deliveries via courier drivers.
* Act as the main contact for picking, unloading, or delivery issues, liaising with operations and logistics managers.
* Assist with picking and prepping for shipping.
* Ensure preventative maintenance of all warehouse machinery.
Skills and Qualifications
* Minimum of three years experience in a similar logistics role.
* Strong administrative and communication skills.
* Excellent problem-solving abilities.
* Self-motivated, ambitious, and able to work in a busy environment.
* Flexible and adaptable.
* Retail experience is an advantage.
* Knowledge of advanced data analytics and visualization tools.
