We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Chemical Engineer to join our client's manufacturing team. As a key member of the production function, you will provide technical support across various operations while working closely with maintenance and other operational teams.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide expert technical support for production, maintenance, and other operational functions.
2. Analyse and optimize process performance by reviewing heat transfer systems, mass/material balances, and equipment design.
3. Develop strategies to enhance kiln efficiency, quality control processes, and overall plant performance.
4. Promote continuous improvement initiatives through data-driven analysis to reduce costs and minimize downtime.
5. Evaluate compliance with relevant Health & Safety standards within the organization.
6. Direct contractors on projects or tasks as required by management.
