We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Control Technician to join our team and contribute to our continued success.Job PurposeThe Junior Inspection will play a pivotal role, as part of a team, in ensuring all raw materials and manufactured products meet the required quality standards. This will be achieved through inspections, testing, referring to drawings and completion of required documentation.This role is vital in maintaining the Company's reputation for quality and reliability, ensuring that products meet the highest safety and quality standards, before reaching our valued customers.Key Responsibilities of the RoleConduct Inspections: Conduct quality assessments on incoming materials and on outgoing products to ensure they meet predefined quality standards.Testing and Analysis: Utilise various inspection tools and techniques to test product functionality, dimensions, and compliance with product specifications/drawings.Documentation: Record inspection outcomes and prepare detailed reports on findings, including any non-conformance issues.Calibration: Calibration of key measurement instruments as per the calibration scheduleKitting, labelling & racking: Organising of checked parts in to pallets for use in the factory. Includes the requirement to use stacker/forklift (full training will be provided).Collaboration: Work closely with production teams and management to identify and resolve quality-related issues.
