driven Junior Property Manager

What You'll Do:
Manage maintenance requests & contractor coordination
Support tenants with leases, move-ins & queries
Monitor arrears, rent reviews & renewals (RTB compliance)
Carry out inspections & ensure compliance with property legislation
Build strong relationships with landlords, residents & suppliers
What We're Looking For:
* Knowledge of lettings laws & RTB regulations
* Strong communication & organisational skills
* Ability to manage multiple properties independently
* Proficiency with property management software
* PSRA licence (or working towards one)
