They are now seeking a skilled BIM Technician to support their expanding project portfolio.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage 3D models using Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and other BIM toolsAssist in the preparation of coordinated BIM models for use in design, construction, and facilities managementGenerate accurate and detailed 2D drawings and schedules from modelsCollaborate with engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure coordinated design outputPerform clash detection and coordination reviewsMaintain BIM standards and contribute to the continuous improvement of workflowsSupport site teams with BIM-related deliverables and queriesParticipate in project meetings and provide input on digital delivery strategiesRequirementsDiploma or Degree in BIM, Engineering, Architecture, or related field2+ years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction or engineering sectorProficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and related softwareFamiliarity with ISO 19650 standards and BIM Execution Plans (BEPs)Strong technical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and teamwork abilitiesAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
