Key Responsibilities
* Oversee daily business operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
* Supervise and support staff, conducting regular performance evaluations.
* Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
* Manage budgets, financial reports, and resource allocation.
* Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
* Identify and address operational issues promptly.
* Foster a positive work environment and promote team collaboration.
* Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on operational performance.
* Fundraising and PR management – creativity and awareness to all cost centres.
* Drive the business forward to the next level in its industry.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in an operations management role.
* Strong organisational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with relevant business software.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
